An ordinary 4th grade elementary student Sasami becomes the protector of love and peace Pretty Samy when Tsunami, the chosen future queen for the magical kingdom of Juraihelm selects Sasami to be her champion.
Unwilling to simply sit idly by and wait for Tsunami to succeed the throne, Ramia, the runner-up for the position, forcefully changes Sasami's classmate and best friend Misao into Pixy Misa. Her mission: to hinder Sasami's efforts and make Tsunami fall on her face.
One day, Ryoko and Aeka are engaged in their usual extracurricular activity of fighting over Sasami's big brother Tenchi, when Pixy Misa appears. Using her magical wand, Misa materializes the two girls' emotional energy and creates the Love Love Monsters. At this time, Sasami transforms herself into Pretty Samy and resolves the nasty situation.
